La pinsa Aprile has it all!
Vegetarian and ultra gourmet, our pinsa romana of the month is garnished with scapece zucchini, mint and smoked burratina.
The preparation of zucchini with scapece is typical of the Campania region. The zucchini are marinated in vinegar, mint and garlic which brings a great freshness that balances the smoothness of the burratina.
