Il Grano was born from Rita Fuligna's deep desire to share her Italian roots, a legacy that embodies a love of traditional cuisine. Wheat is not only the essential ingredient of our cuisine, but a symbol of connection to the land, a reminder that guides every gesture, every dish, every flavor we create.

From the dough of our crusty bread to the melt-in-your-mouth desserts, everything is homemade to offer you an experience that will remain etched in your heart.
In 2016, we were the first to bring Pinsa Romana to Paris, a true journey through time that quickly won over our customers. This dish, the forerunner of modern pizza, has become an icon of our trattoria.
We are obsessed with quality and select only the finest products: fine wines, truffles, cheeses, cured meats, and olive oil, all carefully selected from Italian producers we know personally. Each ingredient is chosen to tell a story, and every dish we serve is the fruit of this passion.

The "il Grano" family is made up of a team that makes it unique, and among them, our chef, Erges Vaqari, deserves special attention. His skill, dedication, and love for every dish are a constant example for our entire team.
In February 2022, Angelo Esposito joined our team as Restaurant Manager. His experience and charisma have transformed every meal into a special moment for our guests.
